Apologies for my late post with my DT card for the Cute Card Thursday challenge that went live last Thursday.
Things have been difficult here, my Mum has had a stroke and is in Trelisk Hospital which is in Truro. I've been unable to visit as driving has messed up my neck and I've been in pain, even as a passenger, plus the tooth extraction on top of it and past memories surfacing - well basically I've been a mess. The good news is that Mum is on the mend, and pending a few more tests should be moved to Bodmin hospital as soon as a bed becomes available. It's much closer so I will be able to drive over myself, hopefully. The plan is to get her mobile and able to do what she was doing before, and perhaps even more .. .. she has got to move those legs more!
So, better late than never, here's my card. It's one of the Don and Daisy Christmas cards I mentioned making a while back ready for the challenge. The image is coloured with my Copics to match the Marianne Design Scandinavian papers - here's the card:
Trying my hand at the distressed look again and keeping it simple to post so just a few flowers die cut out of mulberry paper, a die cut snowflake and punched fronds. Dies and papers are all Marianne Design as are the bling stones in the flower centres.
The Don and Daisy blog challenge is for Christmas creations so I can enter my card with them.
Sorry no further details .. .. I'm just about keeping it together.
Heel mooi kaartje geworden en leuk dat je mee doet met de Challenge op de Don & Daisy blog.
