Rose Garden

This is a little folder card, inside there are pockets for holding stamped images or small embellishments, I've made it for a friend and I hope she will like it. The stamp is Emma in the Rose Garden by LOTV, coloured with my Copics. The paper is a magazine freebie but I've distressed the edges with my Snow Cap Adirondack paint dabber, and also edged the punched flowers and butterflies with it as well. The leaves and the swirly white layer behind the image are Marianne dies and I've used my pink pearl maker pen for all the pearl embellishment. The pretty stripy ribbon was a gift from another dear crafty friend and is a perfect match for the paper and soft peachy pink base card.

The Creative Craft challenge is for pretty blossoms and at Charisma Cardz it's all about flowers, while on the Papertake blog the theme is anything goes - I hope they like this one. I'm gallivanting into Plymouth today to meet up with some crafty friends and enjoy a cuppa, and perhaps a cake! I'll catch up and link up when I get back.
