At last I can show you one of the new Toby Tumbles just released over at Cuddly Buddly! This one is called 'Mummy's Day' and is so sweet. I printed it out just a shade greyer to give a softer feel, coloured with Copics then cut out with a circle Nestie and added Stardust Stickles around the edge. I've gone over the little printed starflowers on the heart with a purple Spica shimmer pen and also added the Mum and kisses to the envelope that baby is holding. The background paper is one of the new designs and I've also stickled around the edge before matting with lavender cardstock. To embellish I've used beautiful silk ribbon from Cuddly Buddly and tied a gorgeous bow with it too. Down the side I've used my new garden branch Marianne die, so pretty and delicate, then added the little flowers, punched Martha Stewart butterflies and diecut the Cuttlebug double heart.
The Fluterby Wednesday blog have an open theme this week and the Papertake Weekly challenge is for ribbon and pearls, perfect!

This is lovely & soft - so pretty & I love that garden branch die. Those white flowers & pearls are a lovely touch too, especially the way you've used elongated pearls for the butterfly bodies. Delightful the way the pale blue haloing really highlights the whole image. Just a joy.
