WOYWW #190

Time to share with Julia's What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday again .. .. I've missed a few what with one thing and another, but thought I'd join in again today.  On my desk, or rather the dining room table, today I have new stuff!  What you can't see is the large box of man size tissues and mug of Lemsip off to the side.  The little pile of crafty goodies is my prize (plus some extras I added in) for winning the November challenge at Dies to Die For, and thank you Tracy for the little extra bits too.  The current month is an anything goes theme so why not see what you can come up with .. .. ..

And for those of you who love the Wee digi images and stamps as much as I do, Sylvia has released the most adorable little dragon today - take a look at her blog here for details and a sample made by Mariska.
And if you want to buy him pdq then he's at the bottom of this page.

I'm afraid I've not managed to get much done today, I thought yesterday I was on the mend and actually had a night without coughing.  But, since I woke up I've been cough, cough, cough and now my head is filling up with mucus and nasties - yukky!  I'm not going to be able to make it to the craft show at Exeter tomorrow, or Fri/Sat either - I will miss seeing my crafting friends but I'm sure they will appreciate me not passing on my germs!

  3. Yummy dies Annie, what a great prize. Hope you enjoy playing with them when you feel better.

It's horrible having a persistent cough! My daughter is always bothered with a cough when she has the cold and since she has two kiddies there's plenty of opportunity to have a cold! My Mum used to swear by Simple Linctus rather than any of these fancy (and expensive) cough bottles. I used to buy the paediatric version when my kids were little and it worked very well and wasn't expensive either.

    Take care,

    Kat xx

I read somewhere about putting vaseline on your feet then socks at night to get rid of a nighttime cough?
