Not sure if I'm very, very late posting this card for Tuesday, or perhaps it should be early for Wednesday .. .. either way, here I am with a cutie from LOTV, coloured with my Copics plus added sparkle. Pictures taken under my daylight lamp again so the sparkle does show up quite well, and as I'm predominantly blue I can enter the Charisma Cardz challenge - feeling blue. Winter Wonderland and Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas challenge are both to create for men or boys whilst the Allsorts challenge is to be young at heart.
My background paper is an old piece from my stash, I think Papermania, matted with blue card with the edges inked in dark blue chalk ink stitching added with a white marker pen. I've diecut the pretty mat and inked the embossed areas, then embellished with the trees, snowflakes and a little text greeting, all by Marianne. Finally, a scattering of white pearls made with my Wacco pearl maker pen finished things off - perhaps not as fussy as some I've made recently, but I think better than yesterday's effort!
Marianne dies I used:
circular mat - LR0141
trees - LR0136
snowflakes - LR0123, LR0124, CR1227
mat behind text - CR1201 (the largest flower)
Well, I'll soon be off to bed - it's been another hassle day on the DIY front, but at least hubby is almost back to normal and able to go to work. The only downside is that he's in the Plymouth area for the rest of the week so will be staying up there to save on the travelling time each day. Still, it means I can stay up late and browse the internet for a while without disturbing him .. .. .. hopefully catch up with you all over the next couple of days then!
