a simple toby tumbles

A simple card to share with you today. I've had this image coloured up for quite a while but finding the papers etc has taken longer than expected. The card is relatively unadorned, mainly because I couldn't find anything I liked and also, I rather like the image to show up and take centre stage! This is Toby Tumbles Happy Easter available in both stamp and digi, coloured with Copics (sorry I can't remember the colours, but there were a lot) then cut out and matted with Almost Amethyst cardstock by Stampin' Up! I've matted the background papers too, they are a couple of digi scraps in my box, I think the pink one is by Designer Digitals and the bottom layer is from Cuddly Buddly's Little Miss Daisy spring collection. I've added the white line and pricking faux stitches around the edges of the papers, then a scrap of dotty organza ribbon and pearls made with my crystal pearl maker pen.

The Paperplay challenge is to stamp it out this week, and Sweet Stampin' are looking for Spring flowers so this is my card for them.

Sorry I am not so chatty just at the moment - I'm having to limit the pc time and as my blood tests haven't shown any improvements to the kidney function, it's a double whammy with my neck problems so looks like it's going to be an ongoing thing I'll have to learn to live with.
