Hedgie Birthday Wishes

This card layout is Splitcoast Stampers sketch #226 - I've got the end in sight now! It's a little c6 card and the dp is from the Rob & Bob Botanica pack by Designer Digitals. I've dragged a dusky pink chalk ink pad around the edges and cut out a scallop circle from a scrap of Stampin' Up! Almost Amethyst card and added faux stitches in the same colour marker. The cute hedgie is from the Penny Black Garden Friends transparent set coloured with Polychromos pencils and a white marker pen for the centres of the flowers. I've finished off with a peel off greeting as they are just sitting in my stash and need to be used up, then added butterfly and little crystal gems and flowers from my stash.

And I decorated the inside too!

The text and the hedgie are from the Penny Black Bubbly transparent set, coloured to match and using up the scraps of dp. I'm scheduling this post for today as the family are coming around and I'm not sure if my card will fit any blog challenges, I'll have to take a look around after they have gone home and I've recovered!
